Of course, we don't understand how Deitrick Haddon's parents could now support him. However, like in many families, when children are involved, the grandparents try to put their differences aside. In our opinion, God never changes his mind and once one feels in his or her spirit a person should go to God for doing something against His will, it should remain that way.
In the meantime, we are praying for Damita Haddon and we know God loves her just as much as Deitrick and his second wife. We are praying that God blesses her with a good man, someone who is going to love and appreciates her.
Furthermore, please remember that there are many women in the church who need our prayers after they endure such a painful divorce. They don't need us to forget about them as though they do not matter.
