Pastors Alvin and Gospel Artist, CeCe Winans Love Reach out to the Homeless This Holiday Season

We need more pastors to care like gospel artist and pastor Cee Winans and her husband, Pastor Alvin Love. This well respected couple in the ministry are going out of their way to care about the homeless this coming holiday season, something we do not hear much about the (black) church. It is so wonderful to hear what the Love's are doing and we know God is very happy.

According to BlackChristianNews.com, officials with the Metro Homelessness Commission report that Nashville has about 4,000 homeless individuals, families, and children on any given night. Last year, the Nashville Metro Public Schools reported having 2,049 homeless children in their school system. However, not all homeless children are accounted for - it is noted that most parents who are homeless do not report their living status for fear of losing their children.

We know these homeless people in Nashville are going to be so happy about Pastors Alvin and CeCe Winans Love helping them. In the meantime, we pray for more pastors and bishops to be a blessing to the poor like this beloved couple in the ministry.
