We've heard of various cults taking up serpents to prove they have power over any deadly thing, but serpents are very evil and should be left alone.  Although, Pastor Andrew Hamblin is not the first minister to handle during church services, he has to appear before a judge, after 50 reptiles, including rattlesnakes and copperheads were seized from his church.  

According to christianpost.com, Hamblin, who appears in "Snake Salvation," which debuted in early September, believes his church was targeted because of the show. "A lot of these churches they hid away, they hide out. I don't have anything to hide."
