There are countless charming spots around the Lakes Region but for many, Squam is the ultimate: it's not hard to understand... in virtually every season, the pristine area offers myriad breath-taking views.
This year, the Squam Lakes Association asked its supporters to submit their favorite "homemade" images in a photography contest. The results were, predictably, wonderful.
When can we see more of the entries?
(Presumably, the entries were from amateurs, or our friend Daryl Carlson would have been among the winners.)
Our favorite image from this years' first-ever SLA
photography contest was submitted by Jeff Thomsen.
