This is another victory for Jesus Christ, Rev. Frank Schaefer was found guilty for violating the rules of his church.  He was not suppose to marry a gay couple, even if it is is son.   Furthermore, Schaefer did not only violate his leadership as the pastor, but most importantly, the Word of God. 

According to ChristianPost.com, in 2006, Schaefer's eldest son, who had come out to his parents about being gay while a teenager, became engaged to a man and asked his father to perform the ceremony. 

 It does not matter if his son is happy being gay, God is not happy with it according to these following scriptures.  Therefore, it was very wrong for Frank Schaefer to officiate his son's wedding.
 

•  1 Corinthians 6:9-10 - "Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God." 

• Leviticus 18:22 - "Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman; that is detestable." 

• Leviticus 20:13 - "If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They must be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads." 

• Romans 1:26-27 - "Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones. In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion."
